Works with the meters and billing system you already run.
Fluvio sits next to your meter system and your billing system. Nothing gets ripped out. Today most connections run as scheduled file loads from the export your system already produces, and we set them up for you as part of setup.
Meters and AMI
Any meter brand. Monthly reads or hourly.
Fluvio is not tied to one meter vendor. If you run more than one brand, residents still get one portal and your crews still get one work list.
Sensus FlexNet
Reads load from the export your FlexNet head-end already produces. Leak and high-use alerts run on those same reads.
Kamstrup
Reads load from READy Manager exports. A direct READy connection, including meter alarms like leak and burst, is in development.
Neptune
Reads load from Neptune 360 exports, for R900 fixed-network and drive-by systems alike.
Badger Meter
Reads load from BEACON exports. Run Fluvio Resident in place of EyeOnWater, or alongside it during a switch.
Itron
Reads load from the export your Itron head-end produces, on the same schedule your billing file runs.
Master Meter and monthly AMR
Drive-by or handheld monthly reads work too. Monthly is enough to start usage history, leak flags, and water-loss estimates.
Billing systems
Keep your billing system.
Billing stays the system of record. Fluvio reads from it, and residents pay through the payment system you already use.
Tyler Technologies
Incode and Munis utilities connect through a nightly file or Tyler’s API, where the utility has it turned on.
Caselle
Caselle utilities connect through a scheduled export. Billing stays in Caselle; Fluvio reads from it.
Springbrook, CUSI, and others
If your billing system can export accounts and reads on a schedule, Fluvio can load it. That covers most systems small utilities run.
Maps and GIS
Bring your GIS, or let us be it.
Plenty of utilities under 20,000 connections don't run Esri, and shouldn't have to buy it to dispatch a crew.
No GIS at all
Drop assets on a map, draw your mains, and mark valves and hydrants as you find them. Fluvio becomes your GIS.
Esri ArcGIS
Fluvio reads your ArcGIS feature services directly and imports shapefiles or GeoJSON. Writing changes back to Esri is on the roadmap.
Don't see your system?
If it can export a file, we can load it. Tell us what you run on the walkthrough and we'll tell you exactly how the connection works before you sign anything.

We'll show you the platform on your AMI vendor, run the ROI math for your utility, and answer everything you ask.
