Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fluvio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

The service

Fluvio provides a hosted resident-facing portal, AI support layer, and operations analytics dashboard for water utilities. Utility staff access the platform under the terms of the Master Service Agreement signed at onboarding.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the platform, attempt to access other utilities' data, use Fluvio to send unsolicited marketing to residents, or interfere with the service's availability.

Data ownership

Resident data belongs to the utility. Fluvio acts as a data processor under the utility's direction. We do not claim ownership of utility data and will return or delete it on contract termination as specified in the MSA.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime, monitored 24/7. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 72 hours in advance. SLA credits apply per the MSA.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the MSA. On termination, utility data is exported within 30 days and deleted from production systems within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

These terms are a placeholder pending final legal review. The MSA signed at onboarding is the binding agreement.
